Key Responsibilities

• Analyze finance and budgeting business requirements.

• Configure and support SAP FI processes including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Bank Accounting

  • Financial Closing

• Configure and support SAP Funds Management (FM).

• Support budget planning, allocation, availability control, and budget monitoring.

• Configure financial structures and related master data.

• Ensure integration between FI/FM and other SAP modules, including:

  • MM

  • Procurement

  • Projects

  • HR

  • Asset Management

• Support Month-End and Year-End closing activities.

• Prepare Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and developments.

• Perform financial data migration and reconciliation.

• Investigate and resolve accounting and integration issues.

• Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide functional support and training to finance users.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.

• SAP FI/FM or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP FI and/or SAP FM.

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.

• SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
