Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Design overall SAP solution architecture based on business and technical requirements.

• Lead SAP functional and technical consultants throughout implementation and support activities.

• Ensure integration between SAP modules, including:

  • FI/FM

  • MM

  • Ariba

  • SuccessFactors

  • SAP Basis

  • ABAP

  • Integration platforms

• Review and approve functional and technical solution designs.

• Define integration requirements between SAP and external applications.

• Support SAP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.

• Review Functional and Technical Specifications.

• Ensure SAP solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and architecture standards.

• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and integration issues.

• Support system testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities.

• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Database, and Integration teams.

• Review existing SAP environments and recommend performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• SAP certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, business processes, and system integration.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant SAP experience.

• Previous experience in SAP implementation, integration, or solution design.

• Experience in a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect role is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
