Job Purpose

Design, develop, integrate, enhance, and support SAP technical solutions, applications, interfaces, reports, and integrations between SAP and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP applications and enhancements.

  • ALV Reports

  • BAPI

  • BADI

  • User Exits

  • Enhancement Framework

  • IDoc

  • RFC

  • OData Services

• Develop Smart Forms and Adobe Forms as required.

• Develop solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).

• Develop and optimize ABAP solutions for SAP HANA and S/4HANA.

• Develop and maintain CDS Views.

• Support SAP Fiori backend services where required.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP and internal/external systems.

• Work with integration technologies including:

  • SAP Integration Suite

  • SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP Web Services

  • OData

  • IDoc

  • RFC

• Analyze technical requirements and prepare Technical Specifications.

• Perform debugging and Root Cause Analysis.

• Optimize custom programs and interfaces for performance.

• Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform Unit Testing and support Integration Testing and UAT.

• Manage technical developments according to Change and Transport Management procedures.

• Maintain technical documentation and code documentation.

• Follow SAP development standards and Secure Coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• SAP ABAP and/or SAP Integration certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant SAP technical development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.

• Experience with SAP integrations and APIs.

• SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.

• SAP Integration Suite / CPI experience is preferred.
