- Project Management:

- Site Surveys:
This service include preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports in order to describe, clarify the location of the project and to establish baselines, by firstly agree on criteria, procedures with the project stake holders for survey, Record the results of survey, including the shape, contour, location, site readiness, already exits equipment, tools, air conditions, power supplying capabilities and dimensions of racks and its features, determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS) for outdoor surveys. - Pre-configuration Questionnaire:
This service includes collecting all the required information regarding the already existing configuration, application, role on the network and current services running on a given element and the target services, configuration for this element and its role in the network. The results should be Coordinated with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects
- Site Engineering
This service incudes preparing the site for the target installation requirements, including the cabling, power, air conditions, fire alarm, temperature recording and reporting, connectivity with the site for monitoring and controlling of ventilation and door access, and test all these elements before the service start.
- Physical Installation:
This installation include mounting the device on the rack, ensure proper ventilation, connect all the power, earthling, out of band management, remote console ports, monitoring, controlling relays and make sure they all made properly and accessible by centralized network management team
- Unpacking and Staging:
This service includes assembling the network elements and passive components belonging to each remote site after testing the solution and all active components to make sure it is ready to work when mounted on the target remote site.
This service is made when there are a large number of sites need to be configured and prepared before sending it to remote sites. A basic configuration can be made also on the network elements to make it reachable when it is connected to the network.
- Commissioning
This service includes assemble the network element components, testing the network element and make sure there is no dead on arrival component, make the physical installation service, and make basic configuration of the network element to make it reachable when it is connected to the network.
